Claudia Carter is an Autism Educator, Family Counselor, and the Founder of Ludica Workshops.
She brings extensive experience as a Mediator and Educator using positive methods and passionately designs personalized programs to help kids thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Her approach consists in closely collaborating with families, employing interactive methods to create nurturing environments for their children’s development.
Originally from Chile, Claudia moved to Europe 15 years ago. After completing her studies in Paris, France, she went on to become Family Coordinator at a Community Center. This inspired her to further specialize in providing mediation and trainer services in Positive Communication.
Through her experiences Claudia’s commitment towards supporting adults-children relationships deepended, allowing her to fulfill her dream of guiding children’s growth whilst supporting parents as of 2017.
In 2019, she decided to specifically work one-on-one with children with Autism (3-12 years old). Claudia’s approach focuses on guiding children’s emotional, social and cognitive development, by emphasizing the importance of play and fun through Art. She also develops tailored educational materials, continuously taking inspiration from the children she follows, and enjoys reflecting her love of art in her work.
Drawing on those years of experience, Claudia decided to establish Ludica Workshops, a space for connecting, creating and playing with neurotypical and neurodivergent children and their parents.
Ludica, the anagram of her name, embodies the playful spirit she identifies with.

What is neurotypical and neurodivergent?
Neurotypical children have typical neurological development. Neurodivergent children will exhibit atypical neurological development, which may include Autism, ADHD, or other neurological differences.

Ludica Workshops offering;
Connecting 2 Children course: A 4-6 module course empowering parents and caregivers with practical tools for the emotional, social and cognitive development for both neurotypical and neurodivergent children.

NeuroKids Parents Support Group: For parents of neurodivergent children, offering a space to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. Thanks to the group parents can build a supportive peer network, receive expert guidance from professionals, and foster a nurturing community for shared empowerment.

Family Counseling: A safe space for parents and children to share thoughts and emotions, navigate conflicts, and foster effective communication.
Autism Intervention Program: A home program (2 to 8 years old) tailored to address the unique needs of the child, focusing on social skills, communication, behavior, cognitive and motor skills.
Play’Art: A warm neurodivergent -friendly playground for parents and their children, fostering connection, creativity, and supporting social skills, coordination, problem-solving and confidence through play.
Claudia understands the impact adults have on a child’s life and advocates for positive guidance, love, respect, emotional support, and self-care.
